Did you purchase your Superfeet Insoles from one of our stockists?

If you are not satisfied with your new Superfeet Premium Insoles, return them within 60 days with your receipt,  to your place of purchase for a store credit or refund of the full purchase price. THIS GUARANTEE IS SUBJECT TO THE RETAILER’S RETURN POLICY.

Did you purchase your Superfeet Insoles through our website superfeet.com.au?

For returns on items purchased through our website, please contact us directly on 03 9553 6217 or email us support@runsolutions.com.au to advise us that you will be returning a product. A full refund of the purchase price or an exchange will be arranged upon receipt of returned goods.  The cost of  return postage is the responsibility of the customer returning the goods.  A track-able postage method must be used along with suitable packaging.  If an exchange is to be arranged and there is a  difference in pricing, the price difference is to be paid by the relevant party. (If the exchange pair is of lesser value, you will receive a refund of the price difference.  If the exchange pair is of a greater value, you will pay the additional amount) Superfeet’s 60 day Comfort Guarantee applies to unused or trimmed & worn Superfeet.

If an item is out of stock, you can choose to wait until the item becomes available or to receive a refund of the purchase price.
