How do I choose the correct size?
SUPERFEET FOOTWEAR SIZING GUIDE
There is no industry standard for footwear sizes. For example, a size 8 by one footwear manufacturer might be different from a size 8 produced by another. That’s why Superfeet makes full-length insoles in size ranges (typically spanning 1½ sizes) to handle the variations. You may need to trim your insoles to fit in your footwear.
WHAT TO LOOK FOR IN A PROPER FIT:
- Check if your heel fits inside the heel cup and does not go over the edge.
- If the insole is too narrow, go up a Superfeet size.
- If your toes extend beyond the end of the foam forefoot go up a Superfeet size.

It really depends on weight, gait and use. On the average, our insoles last 800 km for running shoes and every day wear or approximately 12 months. Replace your Superfeet Insoles at whichever comes first. Consider the type and size of footwear and the job the Superfeet are doing. For instance, if you wear Superfeet and work on your feet all day, the Superfeet are going to see a lot more use than a pair of Superfeet you only wear in your shoes for an hour at the gym.
A good rule of thumb is to listen to your feet. When the Superfeet no longer feel like they are giving the same amount of support as when they were brand new, it might be a good time to consider a new pair and switch them out.

We do not recommend wearing EASYFIT Women’s 3/4 insoles in high heel shoes. The Women’s EASYFIT 3/4 was designed specifically for footwear with heels that are 1 inch or lower.
You could try it, but we do not recommend it. If using GREEN without removing the manufacturer’s insole doesn’t cause the shoe to fit too tightly against your foot, then test it out. Try wearing the GREEN insoles for an hour or two to find out if the fit is comfortable for your feet.
If the GREEN are not comfortable in footwear with factory insoles that cannot be removed, Superfeet has low-volume, low-profile insoles, like CARBON or EASYFIT -Fit 3/4 insoles that will likely fit better.
The GREEN insoles are high-profile, high-volume insoles. They have the deepest and widest heel cup. The bio-mechanical shape offers maximum support. GREEN insoles are made with thicker foam. They take up more space and fit into roomier footwear.
The BLUE insoles are medium-profile, medium-volume insoles. They have less shape under the foot than the GREEN, but will fit in more footwear. The structured heel cup and distinct shape provide intermediate support in a wider range of footwear, even some with factory insoles that won’t come out.
